How to Read This Table

Start with the median revenue column. It is what the listing in the middle of each market took in over the twelve months. The last column shows the listing a quarter of the way up from the bottom and the listing a quarter of the way down from the top, so it tells you how far apart a weak year and a strong one sit in that market.

Occupancy and nightly rate are each the average of twelve monthly medians. Annual revenue adds up twelve monthly per-listing percentile values, which makes it a rough annual figure and not an audited one. A market with few listings, such as Stroudsburg and Lehigh Township, can shift a lot when one property changes.

Where the Numbers Come From

Every figure comes from AirROI market metrics, pulled October 8, 2026. We matched each town on our list to the AirROI market that contains it, usually the township. Pocono Lake falls back to Tobyhanna Township, and Tobyhanna the town maps to Coolbaugh Township, because AirROI has no market of its own for them.

What These Numbers Are Not

These are market figures for every active listing in a township. They are not Ideal Property Management results and not a forecast for your home. A home with the right pricing, photos and calendar can land well above or below its market median. Our published results are on the results page, each with its period.
